CaseLoggr is a personal record-keeping app for medical device sales representatives. By using it you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
CaseLoggr is sold as a monthly subscription through Apple. Payment is taken by Apple, renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and is managed in your Apple account settings rather than here. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
You must not enter patient information into CaseLoggr. It is not a HIPAA-covered platform, has no Business Associate Agreement, and is not built to hold protected health information. Entering it is a breach of these terms and is at your own risk.
You choose what to put in and what to send to other people. You are responsible for making sure that doing so is permitted by your employer and by any agreement you are under. Some of what a representative records may belong to their employer rather than to them; CaseLoggr cannot judge that for you, and sharing is always your decision.
Do not use CaseLoggr unlawfully, to store patient information, to attempt access to another person's account, or to interfere with the service.
What you record stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you, and to deliver anything you explicitly choose to share.
We work to keep CaseLoggr running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
CaseLoggr is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid in the previous twelve months.
You can stop and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
